If your package arrives damaged despite our protective packaging, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 100% free replacement for any transit-damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

For most major destinations (US, UK, EU, CA, AU), customs taxes and import duties are included or exempt for standard threshold orders. However, SSHOMEX is not responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes applied to your package upon entry into destination countries outside our standard postal routes.
