These Conditions of Purchase govern all orders placed on sshomex.store (the "Site"), owned and operated by Fubai Trading Co., Limited ("we", "us", or "our", brand name SSHOMEX). By completing a purchase on our Site, you agree to these Conditions of Purchase in full.

1. Order Formation & Acceptance

When you place an order on our Site, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order details. This email serves as an acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment, including product availability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues. In the event that an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the Site are in USD ($) unless otherwise selected via currency conversion options. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

While we strive to ensure that all pricing information displayed on our Site is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

3. Payment Terms & Security

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and trusted third-party payment gateways (such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay). Full payment must be received and cleared before your order is dispatched.

All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. SSHOMEX does not store or process your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may be subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. SSHOMEX is not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping details provided during checkout.

5. Handcrafted Teaware Characteristics

Please note that many SSHOMEX products (including Linglong translucent porcelain, Blanc de Chine white porcelain, and Yixing Zisha teapots) are handcrafted using traditional ceramic techniques and natural mineral glazes. Slight variations in glaze pattern, color tone, or dimensional weight are inherent features of fine ceramics and are not considered manufacturing defects.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Items

Purchases are covered by our 60-day return window. If you wish to return an item or request a free replacement for an item damaged in transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy or contact customer support at service@sshomex.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSHOMEX and Fubai Trading Co., Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of any products sold on our Site.
