We recommend hand washing with warm water only. Avoid using harsh chemical detergents or abrasive scrubbers, especially on translucent Linglong porcelain or Zisha clay, to preserve the natural luster and glaze finish.

Every set is packed in shockproof travel cases. However, if transit damage occurs, simply send a photo of the damaged item to service@sshomex.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a 100% free replacement immediately.

We offer a 60-day return window. You can return unused items in their original protective packaging within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please email service@sshomex.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, changes cannot be made.
